By deploying GeoMind, you agree to the following terms focused on professional use, sovereign responsibility, and the ethical application of local AI.
GeoMind grants the user a perpetual license to use the platform on authorized hardware. This is NOT a "Software as a Service" (SaaS). It is "Infrastructure as Independence." You are responsible for the management of the hardware and the data within it.
Since GeoMind is a fully local platform, the user bears absolute responsibility for data backup, encryption-at-rest (using provided tools), and disaster recovery. GeoMind Architecture does not provide cloud backup services by design.
GeoMind provides advanced reasoning and visual analysis capabilities. The user agrees not to use these capabilities for the creation of unauthorized surveillance systems, weaponization, or any application that violates international human rights standards.
While GeoMind supports a vast ecosystem of open-weights models (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.), the user is responsible for ensuring they comply with the respective licenses of those third-party models when used on the GeoMind platform.
Technical support is provided through Geovast 3D. Support interventions that require remote access must be explicitly authorized and established via a secure, one-time tunnel initiated by the user.
